Scriptures: Psalms 150:6

6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.

The Hebrew word for praise here in the scripture listed is pronounced: [hâlal] \haw-lal’\. This version of the word was used a total of one hundred forty times throughout the old testament. It means to shine, to boast, or my favorite give glory. When you think of the word glory what comes to mind? One definition of glory says: high renown or honor won by notable achievements. The other main definition is: magnificence or great beauty. How can we, the lowly sinners that we are give glory to an all powerful, all knowing, perfect God? The writer penned in first corinthians chapter ten verse thirty-one:

Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Again here I wonder what can we do to bring glory to God. It says in whatever you do, so what are you doing. In recent months I’ve been taken to the ideology that everyone has a voice, but not everyone uses that voice. I honestly believe if your are apostolic, or let me phrase it this way, if you have the Holy Ghost then you have a voice. I have been under the assumption for far to long that God has called the five fold, and only those few were the ones with the voice. (Ephesians 4:11-13) I have never been so wrong.

Scripture says in Act chapter one verse eight:

But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

The stance I’m going to take here in this devotion is that just as the scripture quoted says after the Holy Ghost is come upon you, you shall be witnesses. I have broken this structure down in a previous post so I will refrain from doing so here. The title of that blog is,” First World Missions.” This scripture never said after the Holy Ghost has come upon the preachers, teachers, or any of the other five fold sections for that matter. The word says,”you.”

You have a voice and you have breath, because of this you have something to say. There is a major lack now of Apostolic content. Any podcast, blog or whatever I see I share. We need apostolic artists, authors, and voices being shared at every faucet. It has been brought to my attention there are many voices, but not enough outlets to share those voices. To which then I would say,” Create that outlet, or involve yourself with one of those outlets.” The thing is there are lost, and dying souls in every states, country, and nation that must hear the gospel.

Challenge: Why limit yourself, and your ministry by not being involved? The challenge I make in this post is, if you have a voice then share it. Share it on social media, on other media outlets such as podcasts. More importantly share it with your neighbors, your classmates, and everyone you meet. We are racing the coming of the Lord, and we need to bring as many people with us as we possibly can.
