Change as a verb is defined as making or becoming different. We in our humanity are afraid of change by nature because it forces us to step out of our comfort zone into something new. The scripture notes something similar to this, but more importantly what we should do when unwanted changed is inevitable.

(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

- 2 Corinthians 5:7

We were given sight to help us navigate this world, but our faith is what will help us navigate to the next. If your in a situation where change is inevitable ask yourself a few questions. What does God want me to do in this situation? Will this change effect you for better or worse? Psychology Today said this on change: We Fear change because we cant anticipate the outcome. However, staying put can be riskier than changing. Whether it’s in your career or a relationship, you risk being left being if you don’t continue to grow. The paradox is that although we reject uncertainty, we have the skills to change and evolve.

If you are feeling a tug from God pulling you into the unknown understand while we may not be able to anticipate the outcome, God declares the end from the beginning. (Isaiah 46:10). Don’t fret about the unknown, embrace what God is desiring to bring you to. He doesn’t call the qualified, he qualifies the called. Think about the willing of God like the road Joseph had to take to be second in command. Jospeh had to go through the pit and prison before he was ever considered for the right-hand-man of pharaoh. Follow after God and forget the rest, he and only he can keep you through this process.
