Stress - a common word we all use. It has a way of bending us out of shape. We become depressed, making us act out of character, and we become more tempted to the temptations around. Patience is lost when we need it the most. It will take your eyes off God and it will focus in on our problems around us. Through this, Let’s grow together, on how to live a life free of stress. The world has a lot of ways they like to deal with stress, but they aren't that effective. Stress will try to control what you cannot. When we are living out of the order of God it will cause stress and nothing will ever be fixed until we get back in order.

We must abide by the word. The Bible is alive and its infallible. The very words on the page will speak to you in time of need. Live in a state of relationship with it. The words weren't just written by the men God has chose, but it is the voice of God. So, when you read it just imagine the the Lords voice speaking in your home, in your car, in your workplace, or wherever you find yourself at. We dont need to find ourselves just reading because we want information, or we want to get our daily read in. We have to have a relationship with the voice. There are so many storms in life, but we must understand to dive in the word and regain strength. Just the same as we have to eat to live, we must read to gain.

Have a constant prayer life. Without prayer we'll simply wither away. Paul told us to pray without ceasing, in 1 Thessalonians 5:17. We must be devoted to prayer. Don't let your weakness and circumstances rule your life. If you pray now there is a chance you won‘t go through it later. Our stress in life will become worse if we dont pray, it will seem like there is no escape. We were made to conquer what we go through.

Rejoice. Satan doesn't have the power to destroy you or I. That's something to rejoice about. We can always measure peoples faith by how they speak and give praise. As bad as your circumstance is , God has a way of making t beautiful. Rejoicing in the midst of trouble is one of the greatest things we could do. Philippians 4:4, “Rejoice in the Lord always; and again i say, rejoice.” We must rejoice, but let us not forget to rejoice when chaos arises. Let the “and” symbolize Depression, stress, and troubles, but again rejoice.

Lastly, balance your life out. I believe God does honor hard work, but I believe he never intended it to be more important than him. We need to balance between work, rest, and our walk with him. Gods plan is always peaceful and in order. To be able to find a pleasant place we have to find time to make boundaries in our life. Boundaries create safe places, beauty, and breathing room. When we find our life cluttered and overcrowded we cant seem to find what is the most important, it runs together, and we get overwhelmed. Finding balance is possible. Do what God is asking of you that day, pray, and read the word, then it removes what was never ours to do. Find grace in yourself.
