Mirror Mirror on the wall

I have discovered I can be who God called me to be no matter what others see in me. I have battled with insecurities that I thought defined me. Others may have not seen talent in me, and others may not see a worth they are looking for. What’s greater is I know whom sees me for what I'm worth, and he has called me for such a time as this.
Others may have told you what talent has to look or sound like, but don’t let that define you. God will never be convinced by others of their opinion of you, so as his children we shouldn’t either. He sees what we are and what we can be to the very fullest. You and I are victorious and WE are winners. If the God of all the universe has the confidence in us to do his ministry, we should be confident in our self. God uses the very people that don’t believe in us to make us stronger and to push ourself.
The mirror is a reflection on what our eyes see. Some look in the mirror of value and all they see is worthlessness. Some look in the mirror of success and all they see is mistakes. Some look in the mirror of riches and see poverty. Some look in the mirror of perfection and they see inadequacy. Others look in the mirror of comparison and they see rejection. Our mind is surrounded by mirrors and they are constantly being polished by satan daily. I know that place and I’ve believed every deceiving word.
I have felt inferior to those around me because they may be more educated than me. I educate myself and they make others believe I think highly of myself, and they think I am boastful and not humble. Their words held me a slave to fear and rejection. I have come to the conclusion that I have one purpose in life, and that is to do what God has called me to do. If I’m stuck in this hallway of mirrors and not doing anything then what am I here for?
You are beautiful - Ephesians 2:10
You are loved - Romans 5:8
You were created for a purpose - Jeremiah 1:5
You are strong - Proverbs 31:25
You are Important - Luke 12:7
You are empowered - Acts 1:8
You are Chosen - Deuteronomy 4:2
These are the infallible words of God. Read them. Believe them. Silence the lies of the enemy. Even when we are the ugliest and messiest, see yourself the way Jesus sees you, because it is your true identity, and this is what the mirror shows.
